great emphasis on quality control from the minute we welcome you
as a client. Numerous checks and balances are built into every phase
of our service. These checkpoints are covered daily in each department
for every magazine. For example, before documents make their way
from our clerical processing unit to the data entry unit, they are
reviewed for accuracy. As our data entry operators key, the programmed
edits for a given publication assure that a document has been both
processed and keyed correctly. Our response time to errors occurs
immediately. The last step before an update is a thorough edit check
to review all transactions for correct pricing, terms, audited
areas and any special processing requirements. Experienced personnel
check and sign off on these reports. Once reviewed, the Manager
of Operations gives the final okay for the magazine to update. The
next morning after the update has run, our Account Executives and
our balancing supervisor get involved in quality checks to balance
the label production, separate and check reports, prepare dispatches,
and write up mailing labels before it all moves to the last phase
your approval and sign off. It is not until you sign off
on an update that a file is backed up and finalized.
In the event that a problem is not discovered until after the update, and as soon as we have identified the problem, our high-speed system allows us to re-update a magazine anytime of the day.
